Gay Beaches & Cruising in Brighton
 Gay Beaches & Cruising Areas
West Beach - Basically between the piers, where the beautiful people tend to be. Gets very busy as it is the closest to the town centre. Very continental in atmosphere, with beachside bars and lots of live entertainment. Not the place to get an all over tan.

Official Nudist Beach - Gets busy and cruisy (well it is close to the infamous bushes on Duke's Mound). Fairly close to the gay village (15 mins walk) and also close to the Marina.

Unofficial Nudist Beaches - Telscombe Cliffs - A mainly gay, very quiet and secluded beach.
Park at Saltdean Lido or Fairlight Avenue car park, (toilets located there) off the A259, 500 yards from the Badgers Watch pub (buses No.14, 27, 47, 92, 712, & 714. Sun 57 & 713), follow the footpath close to the cliff face walk down the steps, turn right, and keep walking, go over the boulder and watch out for the nudity! Be warned - at low tide you get quite a few beachcombers with small children, so be prepared to cover up, and swimming can be hazardous due to rocks and rock pools.

Shoreham - mixed friendly, very popular with the more mature boys & girls.
